Registration

  • Registration opens January 13, 8am CST. 
  • NOTE: We are instituting a waitlist system in 2025 to insure larger fields, better racing and a sustainable event.  The threshold to hold the event is a minimum of 200 riders total. Once we reach the 200 rider threshold, a minimum of 15 racers will be required to hold an individual category.

Entry Fees:

  • Men & Women 1, 2, 3 – $60 to 2/20, $65 to 4/3, $70 until raceday
  • Men 3 & 4, Men/Women Mas $55 to 2/20, $60 to 4/3, $65 until race day.
  • Novice Men & Women, Women Cat 4 – $50 to 2/20, $55 to 4/3, $60 until race day.
  • Juniors – $35 to 4/3. $45 until race day.
  • On-Line registration will close at 5 pm on 4/12.  You may register on-site the day of event beginning at 6:30 a.m. until 45 minutes prior to your race start.  Please note there will be a $10 fee to register the day of the race, but no online processing fees will be incurred.

Active Chip Timing:
Race scoring requires the use of a RACE RESULT active timing transponder. If you do not own one you must rent a unit for $10 per day of racing OR you can purchase ($75, five-year warranty) one with race registration and it will be available for pickup at the race.

PLEASE NOTE: Junior gearing is no longer required for road racing…only track racing.

Race-day registration and packet pickup is from 6:30am until 1 hour before category race start…no exceptions. Entry fees include a $5.99 per day USA Cycling insurance surcharge. Valid and current USA Cycling license must be presented at registration or one-day USA Cycling license purchased. The cost of the one-day license can be applied later to the annual adult license which is $110 or the junior annual which is $40. Beginner one-day licenses are $15 and experienced one-day licenses are $35.

*Men Novice fields are limited to 60 riders. If more than 60 Novice Men register, then two groups will be established and separated by age. Typical divisions are divided into 39 and under; 40+ .

Master Men – All riders are competing for the overall purse with bonus awards for 50+ and 60+ riders

Event Cancellation / Refund / Weather Policy:

If Natural Disaster, Extreme Weather or Community Disaster occurs, our action steps are as follows:

  • Race organizers in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first.
  • Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed to between race organizers and officials
  • Financial: It is not financially feasible for race organizers to accept the risk of a disaster for everyone. Each registered participant needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee. There will be NO REFUNDS or free entries to future races.
  • Race organizers do not save any money if our event has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control. All supplies and services needed for the events are purchased and/or arranged in advance. All event supplies and services associated with that event must be paid for, regardless of the outcome.

Rules and Regulations:

  • All 2024 USAC are in effect.
  • Events will be held rain or shine.
  • Helmets must be worn at all times while on the bike.
  • Valid and current USAC license must be presented at registration or a one-day or annual purchased
  • Promoter reserves the right to adjust start times and mileage.
  • Promoter reserves the right to cancel/combine events and prize lists as necessary.
